Privacy Policy: NFC Max

Effective date: 8 October 2026 · Last updated: 8 October 2026

NFC Max (“the app”) is published by Alchemedia Group (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the app does with your information.

The short version

NFC Max does not collect your personal data. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no servers of ours. Everything you read, write and save stays on your phone.

What stays on your phone

  • The tags you scan and the records on them
  • Your scan history
  • The message sets you save (Pro)
  • Your settings, such as language

This data is stored only in the app's private storage on your device. We cannot see it. Clearing history in the app, clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app deletes it.

Information the app uses, and why

NFC. The app reads and writes NFC tags when you tap one. The contents are processed on your phone and not sent anywhere.

Location (optional). If you press the "My location" button in the writer, the app asks Android for your current position once, to fill coordinates into the message you are writing. It is not stored on its own, not tracked in the background and not sent to us. You can refuse the permission and the rest of the app still works.

Contacts (optional). If you press the contact button in the writer, Android's own contact picker opens. The app receives only the one contact you choose, to fill in the message. It does not have access to the rest of your contacts.

Installed apps (optional). If you press the app button for "App launch", the app lists the apps on your phone so you can choose one. The list is shown on screen and is not stored or sent anywhere.

Phone settings access (optional). Some tasks change Do Not Disturb, silent mode, brightness, Bluetooth or the torch, or set an alarm. These work only if you grant the relevant Android permission, and only when you run a task that needs it.

Vibration. Used for feedback when a tag action finishes.

Purchases

NFC Max Pro is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Google Play. Google processes your payment and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. The app only learns whether your Google account owns Pro, so it can unlock the features. We do not receive your name, card or payment details.

What we do not do

  • We do not collect, sell or share personal data
  • We do not show ads or use advertising IDs
  • We do not use analytics, crash tracking or third-party tracking tools
  • We do not create profiles of you
  • We do not send tag contents or history to any server

Security

Because the app does not send your data off the phone, the main protection is your phone's own security. If you write a password to a tag, remember it: we cannot recover it. Locking a tag is permanent.

Children

NFC Max is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your country) and we do not knowingly collect data from children. The app collects no personal data from anyone.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you are in the UK or EU you still have rights under data protection law, and you can contact us about any question. You can delete everything the app stores by clearing its data or uninstalling it.

Changes to this policy

If the app ever changes how it handles information, we will update this page and the "last updated" date before the change takes effect. The current version is always at https://alchemedia-group.com/nfc-max/privacy.
